We want you to love your purchase, but if something’s not quite right, we’re here to help.

30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

Eligibility

To be eligible, your item must be:

βœ”οΈ Unused and unworn

βœ”οΈ In its original packaging

βœ”οΈ Accompanied by proof of purchase (e.g. receipt or order confirmation)

Please note: Customers are responsible for the cost of return postage.

How to Start a Return

Email usΒ with your order details. If your return is approved, we’ll send you return instructions including our return address.

Returns sent without contacting us first won’t be accepted.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is damaged, faulty, or incorrect β€” get in touch right away so we can make it right.

Items That Can’t Be Returned

We’re unable to accept returns on the following:

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Personalised or custom-made products

  • Perishables (e.g. flowers or food)

  • Personal care items (e.g. beauty products)

  • Hazardous goods (e.g. flammable liquids or gases)

Want something different? The quickest way is to return your original item (once approved) and place a new order.

European Union Customers

If your item is shipping to the EU, you’re entitled to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving itβ€”no reason required. Items must still meet the same return criteria listed above.

Refunds

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll let you know if your refund is approved. If so, it will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund. If it’s been over 15 business days since your return was approved and you haven’t received your refund, email us.
